HERO WOD & HYROX
Sunday FUNday! Join us every Sunday morning for our Hero WOD—
Honor the fallen and build resilience with our weekly Hero WODs, or prepare for your next HYROX competition with dedicated conditioning training.
Open Gym access is also available during this time so if there’s anything specific you want to do or work on this is a great time to do it!
WEIGHTLIFTING

LEGENDS: FITNESS FOR ADULTS 60+
Stay strong, active, and confident with our Legends class—designed specifically for adults 60 and over. This small-group training experience focuses on improving strength, balance, mobility, and overall health in a safe, supportive environment. Whether you're new to fitness or returning after time off, we’ll meet you where you are and help you move better, feel better, and live better.
